Section 1A and 1B- languages

Section IA of CUET 2024 includes English, Hindi, Malayalam, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Assamese, Punjabi, Marathi, Gujarati, Odia, and Urdu as languages.

Section IB languages include French, Japanese, Russian, Spanish, German, Nepali, Persian, Dogri, Maithili, Manipuri, Santhali, Italian, Arabic, Sindhi, Kashmiri, Konkani, Bodo, Tibetan, and Chinese.

Candidates may choose up to three languages from Sections IA and IB combined.

Section 2: Domain-Specific Subjects
Candidates can select domain-specific subjects that relate to the subjects studied in class 12 as well as the subjects required for admission to the desired program and college. Candidates are advised to consult the University’s brochure when selecting domain-specific subjects.
Section 3- General Test
Some universities require the general test result for admission. It is an optional section that the candidate may select based on the requirements of the participating CUET university. The General Test is section III of the CUET paper and will cover the following topics:
